About Hag’s Place

Welcome to Hag’s Place, something for everyone. Two beautiful well appointed properties. Both the House and the Cabin are clean, comfortable properties combining natural wood elements, cozy furniture. You can rent one, or both for a rustic retreat for the entire family. Both properties are pet friendly, lots of parking for recreational equipment and trailers and located within 100 feet of the ITS 85 at the Violette settlement intersection which is centrally located to lead to all destinations, to Northern Maine (Allagash) and Canadian destinations (Escourt station), as well as Southern trails (Patten, Baxter State Park and the Allagash Wilderness Waterway trails systems), Eastern trail system destinations. All which offer access to the hundreds of miles of multi-use trails for ATVing, Snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, and Nordic skiing.
